What is ocnStmThresholdValueHi?
This read-write Unsigned32 holds the higher 32 bits of a 64-bit alarm threshold value for an OC-n/STM-n monitored variable, paired with ocnStmThresholdValueLo to form the full threshold. An admin writes this object when the threshold they need exceeds what a single 32-bit register can express, which is common for large SONET/SDH performance counters accumulated over long intervals. When configuring an alarm for a threshold value of roughly 10 billion coding violations, the admin sets the significant upper bits here in ocnStmThresholdValueHi and the remainder in the Lo object.
