What is ocnStmStatsLineOPR?
This read-only Integer32 reports the Received Optical Power retrieved from the SFP serving this SONET/SDH line. It tells an administrator how much light is actually arriving at this end of the fiber, which is the key figure for diagnosing a degraded or dirty fiber connection versus a healthy one. For example, a drop in ocnStmStatsLineOPR without a corresponding drop in the far end's transmit power would point to fiber attenuation, such as a dirty connector, along the path.
