What is f3NetPortQosShaperStatsFR?
This read-only PerfCounter64 counts Frames Replicated by this network port's QoS shaper during the interval, the frame-count counterpart to f3NetPortQosShaperStatsBR. It gives an administrator the replication load in frame terms, useful for services where frame-processing capacity, not just byte throughput, is the binding constraint on the shaper. For example, comparing f3NetPortQosShaperStatsFR against total dequeued frames shows what share of the uplink's frame-forwarding work is replication overhead.
