This read-write CmPmBinAction lets a management station issue a clear command against this network port shaper statistics bin. It gives an administrator a way to reset a network-facing port's shaper counters, for example after adjusting its shaping profile to accommodate a new aggregate traffic level. For example, after re-tuning the uplink's shaping rate to handle added customer load, an operator would clear f3NetPortQosShaperStatsAction to measure the new configuration cleanly.
