This read-only PerfCounter64 counts Frames Tail Dropped by this network port's QoS shaper as retained in the history bin, the archived counterpart to f3NetPortQosShaperStatsFTD. It gives an administrator historical evidence of when the aggregation uplink's shaped queue overflowed. For example, finding a spike in f3NetPortQosShaperHistoryFTD on the same day multiple customer LAGs reported drops would point to a shared uplink bottleneck as the common cause.
