This read-only PerfCounter64 counts Frames Replicated by this network port's QoS shaper as retained in the history bin, the archived counterpart to f3NetPortQosShaperStatsFR. For example, a jump in f3NetPortQosShaperHistoryFR coinciding with a new channel launch confirms that added replication traffic on the uplink.
