What is f3FpQosShaperThresholdValueHi?
This read-write Unsigned32 holds the higher 32 bits of the 64-bit alarm threshold configured for the QoS Shaper variable named in f3FpQosShaperThresholdVariable. An admin sets this when the desired drop or throughput threshold for a shaper counter is large enough to require the upper half of a 64-bit value. For a 4-billion-byte tail-drop alert threshold on a heavily used shaper, the admin writes the significant upper bits into f3FpQosShaperThresholdValueHi.
