What is f3FpQosShaperThresholdMonValue?
This read-only Counter64 exposes the current sampled value of the QoS Shaper variable identified by f3FpQosShaperThresholdVariable, for comparison against the configured Lo/Hi threshold. An admin reads this to see how close a monitored shaper drop or rate counter is to tripping its configured alert. If f3FpQosShaperThresholdMonValue for a shaper's monitored BREDD counter is climbing toward its configured limit, the admin can proactively adjust the shaper's rate before the alarm fires.
