What is f3FpQosShaperHistoryFD?
This counter tracks the total number of frames that have been dequeued from the QoS shaper during a performance monitoring interval. The QoS shaper buffers and prioritizes frames to enforce traffic policies, and dequeuing removes them from the buffer for transmission. Network administrators monitor this value to understand how much traffic is being shaped and to identify periods of congestion when the shaper is actively regulating traffic rates.
