What is f3FpQosPolicerHistoryValid?
This read-only TruthValue indicates whether this QoS Policer history bin's data was collected over a complete, uninterrupted interval. An admin excludes bins flagged invalid from historical discard-rate analysis, since an interrupted bin can understate a policer's true discard behavior. If f3FpQosPolicerHistoryValid is false for a bin coinciding with a device reboot, the admin skips that bin when computing the policer's weekly discard-rate trend.
