What is f3AclRuleStatsValid?
This read-only TruthValue indicates whether the current ACL rule statistics bin's data is valid, i.e. collected over a complete interval so far. An admin checks this before trusting a rule's live match count, since a bin flagged invalid right after a rule change can understate actual matches. If f3AclRuleStatsValid is false immediately after an ACL rule was edited, the admin waits for the next valid bin before judging whether the updated rule is matching the intended traffic.
