What is e3t3ThresholdValueLo?
This object stores the lower 32 bits of a 64-bit threshold value used for monitoring E3 or T3 circuit performance metrics, allowing thresholds larger than 32-bit counters can represent. Operators configure this along with the high 32 bits to set crossing thresholds for alarms based on performance measurements. It is used in conjunction with e3t3ThresholdValueHi to define complete threshold limits.
