What is e3t3ThresholdValueHi?
This read-write Unsigned32 holds the higher 32 bits of the 64-bit alarm threshold configured for a monitored E3/T3 variable. An admin sets this alongside the corresponding Lo register when the desired threshold for a cumulative DS3/E3 counter requires more than 32 bits to express. For a 6-billion coding-violation alert threshold on a busy DS3 trunk, the admin writes the significant upper bits into e3t3ThresholdValueHi.
