An admin uses this far-end failure-event history, separate from cumulative errored seconds, to see how many discrete outage events the remote DS3 termination logged per bin. If e3t3HistoryPathCFCsFarEnd shows multiple events per bin over several days, the admin would treat the remote termination as chronically flapping and prioritize it for replacement.
