What is e1t1ThresholdValueLo?
This read-write Unsigned32 holds the lower 32 bits of the 64-bit alarm threshold configured for the E1/T1 variable named in e1t1ThresholdVariable. An admin writes this together with the Hi register to define the exact numeric limit that triggers a threshold-crossing alert for a monitored T1/E1 counter. To alert once a T1's path ESs counter passes 3 billion, the admin encodes the low-order 32 bits of that limit into e1t1ThresholdValueLo.
