What is e1t1StatsPathSEFsFarEnd?
This counter tracks the number of Path Severely Errored Framing Seconds (SEFs) detected on the far end of an E1 or T1 circuit during the current measurement interval. A SEF indicates a loss of frame alignment on the link, which is a serious transmission quality problem. Telecom operators monitor this counter to detect and diagnose line quality degradation and synchronization failures on TDM circuits.
