What is e1t1StatsLineUASs?
This PerfCounter64 counts Line Unavailable Seconds encountered by an E1/T1 interface in the current bin. An admin monitors this live UAS count to know, in real time, how much of the current interval the T1/E1 line has already been considered down. If e1t1StatsLineUASs reaches 10 seconds only a few minutes into the bin, the admin knows the circuit has already crossed into a declared line failure and can escalate immediately rather than wait for the bin to close.
