What is e1t1StatsAction?
This read-write CmPmBinAction lets a manager clear the accumulated counters in this E1/T1 interface's current statistics bin. An admin uses this after resolving a known E1/T1 fault so later monitoring isn't muddied by counts from before the fix. After reseating a loose E1 cable that had been causing line CVs, the admin writes e1t1StatsAction to reset the bin and confirm the circuit stays clean going forward.
