What is e1t1HistoryValid?
This read-only TruthValue indicates whether this E1/T1 history bin's data was collected over a complete, uninterrupted interval. An admin excludes bins flagged invalid from trend analysis, since an interrupted collection window (for example after a device reload) can make a circuit look artificially error-free. If e1t1HistoryValid is false for the bin right after a chassis reboot, the admin would skip that bin when calculating the T1's monthly error-seconds total.
