This PerfCounter64 counts Line Errored Seconds Far End encountered by an E1/T1 interface in the history bin, as reported by the remote end. An admin compares far-end line ES history against the local line ES history to determine which end of a T1/E1 span is actually generating the errors over time. If e1t1HistoryLineESsFarEnd is consistently high across many bins while the near-end line ES stays low, the admin would direct a technician to the far-end site's line card rather than the local one.
