What is cmQosShaperThresholdIndex?
This is the index key uniquely identifying a row in the cmQosShaperThresholdTable, i.e., one configured threshold-monitoring entry for a QoS shaper. An admin uses this index to select which specific threshold rule, out of potentially several configured on the same shaper, they are viewing or editing. For example, an admin who configured two separate thresholds -- one on tail drops and one on replicated bit rate -- for the same shaper would distinguish them by their differing cmQosShaperThresholdIndex values.
