What is cmQosShaperStatsFD?
This 64-bit counter records the number of frames the QoS shaper has dequeued (released for transmission) during the current statistics interval. Admins watch this counter to gauge how much traffic a shaper is actually passing through versus holding back, which helps confirm the shaper is moving expected volumes of traffic rather than starving a queue. For example, if cmQosShaperStatsFD stays far below the shaper's configured rate while queues are full, an admin would suspect the shaper is misconfigured or a downstream link is congested.
