What is cmQosPolicerV2StatsAction?
This read-write CmPmBinAction lets a management station issue a clear command against this QoS policer statistics bin. It gives an administrator a way to reset the policer's marking and drop counters, for example after adjusting the committed and excess rate settings, so new behavior can be measured cleanly. For example, after raising a customer's committed information rate, an operator would clear cmQosPolicerV2StatsAction to start a fresh baseline of green-marked traffic under the new profile.
