What is cmQosPolicerV2HistoryIndex?
This read-only Integer32 (1..65535) uniquely identifies an entry in the QoS Policer history table, distinguishing retained historical bins for this policer. It gives an administrator a stable key for retrieving a specific past measurement window of the policer's marking activity rather than only the currently accumulating bin. For example, an operator building a monthly usage report would iterate over cmQosPolicerV2HistoryIndex values to pull each retained day's policer statistics in turn.
