What is cmQosPolicerV2HistoryFMRD?
This read-only counter tracks the cumulative number of frames that were marked as red (non-conformant) and then discarded by a QoS policer. A policer marks non-conformant traffic (exceeding rate limits) and may discard it to enforce service level agreements. Quality-of-service administrators use this metric to verify that traffic shaping policies are working and to calculate discard rates.
