What is cmQosPolicerV2HistoryAction?
This read-write CmPmBinAction lets a management station issue a clear command against this QoS policer history bin. It gives an administrator a way to purge retained historical marking data for the policer, for example once it has been archived elsewhere or is no longer relevant after a re-provisioning. For example, after migrating a customer to a new policer profile, an operator might clear the old cmQosPolicerV2HistoryAction bins to avoid confusing historical and current-profile statistics.
