What is cmQosFlowPolicerThresholdValueHi?
This object represents the upper 32 bits of a 64-bit threshold value used by a QoS policer to enforce traffic rate limits on network flows. Combined with a lower 32-bit value, it allows setting very large rate limits beyond 4 Gbps. Network engineers use this to configure bandwidth enforcement boundaries for quality-of-service policies.
