What is cmQosFlowPolicerHistoryValid?
This boolean flag indicates whether the archived flow policer history bin represents a complete, trustworthy measurement period. An admin checks this before including the bin's counters in trend analysis, since an invalid bin, such as from a mid-interval reboot, could otherwise be mistaken for unusually low traffic. For example, if cmQosFlowPolicerHistoryValid is false for a particular day, the admin would exclude that day's cmQosFlowPolicerHistoryFMY count from a monthly usage trend.
