This read-write Unsigned32 holds the lower 32 bits of the 64-bit threshold value for this OAM flow point threshold entry. An administrator configures it alongside the high-order half to set the numeric trip point for whichever OAM counter, such as SES or UAS, the entry is watching. For example, setting a low threshold value here could make the device alarm as soon as a handful of severely errored seconds accumulate on a critical OAM session.
