This read-only PerfCounter64 reports the average bit rate transmitted on this link aggregation group during the interval. It gives an administrator the outbound counterpart to cmLagStatsABRRx, letting the operator see at a glance whether the LAG's traffic pattern is upload- or download-heavy. For example, a LAG showing a much higher cmLagStatsABRTx than ABRRx would indicate the site is primarily a content source rather than a consumer on that link.
