This read-only PerfCounter64 counts octets received on this link aggregation group as retained in the history bin, the archived counterpart to cmLagStatsESO. It lets an administrator reconstruct inbound byte-volume throughput for the bonded link during a specific past interval. For example, plotting several weeks of cmLagHistoryESO bins helps identify a gradual increase in inbound traffic that is approaching the LAG's total capacity.
