This read-only PerfCounter64 counts Drop Events detected on this link aggregation group as retained in the history bin, the archived counterpart to cmLagStatsESDE. It gives an administrator historical evidence of periods when the LAG dropped traffic due to resource exhaustion. For example, matching a spike in cmLagHistoryESDE to a known period of unusually heavy backup traffic would explain that day's reported slowness on the aggregated link.
