Minimum 'bits received' after rate limiting (sum of 'Bytes Out' for all policers * 8) for the Flow on the Access Port in any 1-sec within a PM interval.
What is cmFlowStatsIBRRlA2NMin?
This metric records the minimum number of bits received (after rate limiting is applied) on an access port during any 1-second interval within a performance monitoring period. An operator uses this to understand the lowest throughput experienced by a flow after traffic shaping or policing rules have been applied. Combined with maximum and average values, it reveals burstiness in rate-limited flows.
