What is cmFlowStatsIBRRlA2N?
This read-only 64-bit performance counter measures the total bits received on a flow after rate limiting has been applied in the access-to-network direction. It reflects the bandwidth actually delivered after policer rules reduced traffic; operators use this metric to verify that traffic conforms to provisioned rate limits. Comparing it to raw inbound traffic shows how much traffic was discarded or delayed.
