What is cmFlowStatsIBRA2NMax?
This object records the maximum instantaneous bit rate (in bits per second) for traffic flowing from the Access port toward the Network port within a single Performance Monitoring interval. It is calculated as the sum of bytes received by all policers multiplied by 8. Operators use this metric to track peak traffic bursts and validate that traffic conforms to configured rate policies.
