Description: The number of Unavailable Seconds (UAS).
What is cmFlowPointStatsUAS?
This counter records the number of Unavailable Seconds accumulated at this flow point during the current interval, a standard telecom availability metric. A nonzero UAS count is a strong signal to the admin that this flow point experienced an outage or severe fault condition during the interval, directly affecting service availability for the traffic riding on it. For example, if a carrier-Ethernet service's SLA is questioned, the admin would check cmFlowPointStatsUAS on the flow point serving that customer to quantify exactly how many seconds of unavailability occurred.
