Description:
The number of Frame with Destination MAC BroadCast dropped in ingress FP.
What is cmFlowPointStatsFBCD?
This OID counts how many network frames with broadcast destination addresses were discarded at the ingress flow point. A high count indicates the device is filtering or dropping broadcast traffic that may not be needed downstream. An operator checks this metric to verify that broadcast suppression policies are working and to estimate bandwidth saved.
