This read-only PerfCounter64 records the total bytes dequeued, i.e. actually transmitted, out of the eight egress queues serving this flow point during the interval. It gives an administrator the realized egress throughput of the flow point after all eight class-of-service queues have released their traffic, useful for confirming a service is delivering its contracted bandwidth. For example, comparing cmFlowPointHistoryBT across consecutive 15-minute bins on a business Ethernet circuit lets an operator verify the customer actually pushed the expected volume during a reported peak-usage period.
