This read-only CounterBasedGauge64 reports the Access-to-Network Committed Information Rate (A2N CIR) currently configured for a traffic FLOW, i.e. the guaranteed bandwidth allowed from the access side toward the network side. An admin checks this to confirm a flow's guaranteed upstream bandwidth commitment matches what was actually provisioned, and to correlate it against measured usage when investigating a customer's throughput complaint. If a business customer's contracted upstream rate is 10 Mbps but cmFlowBWA2NCIR for their flow reports only 2 Mbps, the admin knows the flow's CIR was provisioned incorrectly and needs correction.
