What is cmEthernetTrafficPortStatsIBRTx?
This counter reports the number of bits transmitted out of this Ethernet port during the most recently completed one-second sample. Like its receive counterpart, it gives the admin a live snapshot of current outbound activity for real-time troubleshooting. For example, if a customer reports their connection just dropped, the admin would poll cmEthernetTrafficPortStatsIBRTx repeatedly to see whether outbound traffic has actually stopped flowing on that port.
