What is cmEthernetNetPortStatsL2PTTxFramesDecap?
This OID counts transmitted network frames that have had Layer 2 Protocol Tunneling headers removed (de-encapsulated). L2PT allows proprietary control protocols to traverse unfamiliar network segments without being interpreted as ordinary data. An operator monitors this counter to track how many times the device unwrapped tunneled protocol frames for transmission.
