What is cmAccPortQosShaperStatsFR?
Holds a 64-bit counter of frame replication events in the QoS shaper. It tracks how many frames were duplicated or copied during traffic shaping. A network monitor uses this to detect unusual frame replication that might indicate misconfigured traffic policies.
