Description: The value of Query Interval in use on this interface.

The frequency at which IGMP or MLD General Query packets are transmitted on this interface.

For IGMPv3/MLDv2, this may differ from the value configured using mgmdRouterInterfaceQueryInterval if the local router is not the querier on this interface.

What is rlmgmdRouterInterfaceQrQueryInterval?

This read-only Unsigned32 reports the Query Interval currently in effect on this interface, the frequency at which General Query packets are sent; for IGMPv3/MLDv2 this may differ from the locally configured value if this router is not the querier. It reflects what's actually governing query timing on the segment. For example, seeing this field reflect a neighbor's shorter interval rather than the locally configured value tells the admin this router lost the querier election to a neighbor with a faster interval.
