Description: The Power Available TLV Management-Power-Level field indicates the number of milliwatts representing the supplier's request to the powered device for its Power Consumption TLV. A value of 0xFFFFFFFF indicates the local device has no preference.

What is rlCdpTlvPowerAvailableManagementPowerLevel?

This read-only Unsigned32 is the Management-Power-Level field of the Power Available TLV, in milliwatts, representing the switch's requested power-consumption ceiling for the attached powered device, where 0xFFFFFFFF means the switch has no preference. An admin checks it to understand what power budget the switch is asking a connected PoE device to stay within. For example, an admin noticing a PoE device drawing less power than expected might check this field to see whether the switch is capping it via a specific management power level rather than 0xFFFFFFFF (no preference).
