What is rlCdpTlvPowerAvailable?
This read-only Unsigned32 reports, in milliwatts, how much power is available to powered devices on this interface at the moment the object is read. An admin checks it to confirm a PoE port has enough headroom before connecting a new powered device such as a camera or phone. For example, an admin planning to add a high-power PoE camera would read this field first to confirm the port can supply enough available power for the device.
