What is rlCdpInterfaceV2InputPackets?
This read-only Counter32 counts specifically the CDP version 2 packets received on the interface identified by rlCdpInterfaceId. An admin checks it to confirm that a neighbor is exchanging the newer CDPv2 information, which carries more fields than version 1. For example, an admin expecting VLAN and duplex information from a neighbor via CDPv2 would confirm this counter is incrementing rather than the version-1 counter.
