What is rlCdpInterfaceV1OutputPackets?
This read-only Counter32 counts specifically the CDP version 1 packets sent from the interface identified by rlCdpInterfaceId. An admin checks it to confirm whether the device is falling back to sending legacy version 1 CDP frames on that port. For example, an admin who configured version 2 advertising but still sees this counter increasing would investigate why the device is still emitting version 1 packets.
