What is rlCdpCountersClear?

This read-write TruthValue, when set to true, resets all of the device's CDP error and traffic counters back to zero. An admin uses it to get a clean baseline before running a test or after resolving a known issue. For example, after fixing a CDP checksum error on a link, an admin would set this object to true to clear the accumulated error counters and start monitoring fresh.
