Description: By setting the MIB to True, all entries from the cdp cache table is deleted.
What is rlCdpCacheClear?
This read-write TruthValue, when set to true, deletes all entries currently stored in the CDP neighbor cache table. An admin uses it to force the device to rediscover its CDP neighbors from scratch, which is helpful after topology changes or when stale entries are suspected. For example, after replacing a neighboring switch, an admin might set this object to true to clear the old device's cached CDP entry immediately rather than waiting for it to time out.
