What is cXgcpStatsTxSuccRsips?
This read-only Counter32 counts the number of RSIP (Restart In Progress) messages sent by the gateway that were successful. Admins compare it against the total sent RSIP count to confirm the call agent is properly acknowledging restart notifications. For example, a gap between total and successful RSIP counts after a gateway reboot might mean the call agent never properly registered that the gateway restarted, risking stale endpoint state on the call agent side.
